By Land
From Schwartz Bay Ferry, the Airport (YYJ) and Sidney (Anacortes to Sidney Ferry)
It takes about 90 minutes to get to the Inn by car. From the Ferry terminal or the airport, follow Hwy 17 south to the Sooke Exit (hwy 14). Follow Hwy 14 past Sooke for about 14 minutes. We are at the top of the hill right after you cross Muir Creek.

By Sea
From Port Angeles Ferry to Victoria
From Victoria, follow Hwy #1 to the Sooke/Hwy #14 exit. Follow the signs for Sooke from the exit. You will be on Hwy 14 S, at that point it is called Veteran's Memorial Highway. Stay on Veteran's Memorial Highway until you come to where Hwy 14 turns west and is called Sooke Road. Turn right on Sooke Road/Hwy #14. Follow Sooke Road/Hwy #14 to the village of Sooke. Go through Sooke and carry on for about 14 minutes. We are at the top of the hill after you cross Muir Creek.

The Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is one of the most efficient airports in North America. You can clear customs in no time flat and the security lines are often less than 5 minutes long. Victoria airport is one of the very best ports of entry to Canada. There are cars for rent at the airport or you can take a cab to the Inn for about C$140.
Directions to Vancouver Island
By Land
From most of Canada
There are two options to get to the island by car from most of Canada. Take the Trans Canada Highway towards Vancouver. Just before you cross the Fraser river, take the Hwy 17 exit to Tsawwassen. There you will find a BC Ferry that will take you to Schwartz Bay, Vancouver Island... and you have arrived!
From north of Vancouver
Find your way to Hwy 99 and get to Horseshoe Bay. There you will find a BC Ferry that will take you to Nanaimo, Vancouver Island... and you have arrived!
By Sea
From almost anywhere
From Port Angeles, Washington, you can take a car ferry to downtown Victoria. These ships are run by the Blackball Ferry Line.
From Anacortes and the San Juan Islands you can take a ferry to Sidney, BC.
Many Alaska cruises stop in Victoria, the main city on Vancouver Island and the capital of British Columbia.
