Kundalini yoga is a  practice that utilizes all the tools of yoga including meditation. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the most ancient and most direct form of yoga. It is powerful and yields results in the shortest possible time. The physical activities are self pacing, dynamic, movement oriented exercises that can be performed at all fitness levels.
