Cancellation Policy

Reservation and cancellation policy:

For single room bookings:  Upon reservation a deposit of your first night's stay (or 50% if your stay is a single night) will be charged to your credit card. You may pay the balance with cash, Interact, Visa, or Master card. If you must cancel or change, you must give us a minimum of 7 days notice. If you cancel or change prior to 7 days, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 fee. If you cancel or change with less than 7 days notice you are responsible for payment of the entire booking. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.

For weddings or entire inn bookings:  Upon reservation a deposit of your first night's rate will be charged to your credit card.  The balance due for of the entire stay, including taxes, will be charged to your credit card 45 days prior to arrival.  If you must cancel or change, you must give us a minimum of 45 days notice. If you cancel or change prior to 45 days, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 fee. There is no refund you cancel or change within 45 days of arrival. Within 45 days of arrival there is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or unused rooms.
